Implemented according to the direction of the Prime Minister in Notice No. 527/TB-VPCP dated December 18, 2023, and the request of SBV in Official Dispatch No. 9759/NHNN-TD dated December 21, 2023, Directive Official Dispatch No. 01/CT-NHNN dated January 15, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 1117/NHNN-CSTT dated February 7, 2024 and Official Dispatch No. 1628/NHNN-CSTT dated May 3, 2024 on announcing average lending interest rates.
