JIVF LAUNCHES DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION MOVEMENT TO STRENGTHEN SYSTEM-WIDE DIGITAL COMPETENCE
25/08/2025 17:03:54On June 11, 2025, JIVF officially launched two key emulation campaigns: “The Entire Nation Competes in Innovation and Digital Transformation” and “Digital Mass Education.” These initiatives aim to respond to the orientation of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and affirm JIVF’s commitment to pioneering technology adoption, enhancing internal capacity, and contributing to the overall development of the national digital economy.
This activity demonstrates JIVF’s determination to lead in digital transformation within the consumer finance sector while also actualizing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on “Breakthrough Development in Science, Technology, Innovation, and National Digital Transformation.” These campaigns are deployed across the entire company with the goal of changing mindsets, improving digital competence, and fostering technological innovation among all JIVF employees.
Transforming Mindsets – Enhancing Digital Skills and Awareness
The movement is designed to inspire strong aspirations for development, promote initiative and creativity, and drive significant changes in awareness and actions of all JIVF staff in learning, training digital skills, and actively participating in the banking sector’s digital transformation process. These efforts contribute to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
The emulation content focuses on key areas:
• Shifting management models from traditional to data-driven digital environments.
• Encouraging self-learning and digital skills training for all employees to meet job requirements and integration needs.
• Promoting digital technology application: advancing digital finance services, expanding the ecosystem, and strengthening infrastructure integration with other industries. JIVF also continues to invest in IT infrastructure and new technologies to improve internal management and financial services while ensuring safety and security.
• Developing high-quality human resources with emphasis on IT and artificial intelligence (AI) training.
• Spreading digital culture through programs such as “Digital Learning,” “Digital Ambassadors,” and “Digital Core Members.”
Specific Goals for 2025–2026
For the “Digital Mass Education” campaign in 2025, JIVF aims for 100% of employees to acquire basic digital knowledge and skills, and 50% to reach advanced digital proficiency. By 2026, 100% of JIVF employees are expected to be fully proficient in using digital platforms and services for their work.
JIVF also encourages departments to proactively propose emulation programs that suit practical needs and attract broad employee participation. Digital solutions that improve processes will be recognized and announced.
Commitment to Sustainable and Secure Development
Mr. Narita Chikara, General Director of JIVF, emphasized:
“Information safety and security are always top priorities at JIVF. These emulation campaigns are not only aimed at strengthening our internal digital capabilities but also reflect our commitment to protecting customer data, ensuring continuous and stable system operations. JIVF will continue to invest in advanced technology and high-quality human resources to deliver financial services that are safe, efficient, and trustworthy.”
With strong engagement from all employees, JIVF expects these movements to become a catalyst, positioning the company as a leading financial institution in the digital era and contributing meaningfully to the development of Vietnam’s banking sector and digital economy.
