Recently, JACCS International Vietnam Finance Company Limited (JIVF) has detected the appearance of a counterfeit website named “jaccsvn.com”, which uses images and information similar to JACCS Vietnam with the intention of conducting fraud and providing unauthorized financial services.

• Our one and only official website is: www.jaccs.com.vn

Please stay vigilant and carefully verify all information before performing any actions. In particular, please take note of the following:

• To avoid fraud, Customers must remain alert and thoroughly verify any request asking for ID card/Citizen ID, bank information, or similar personal data.

• Do not provide OTP codes under any circumstances or to anyone.

• JIVF NEVER REQUIRES CUSTOMERS TO TRANSFER ANY FEE BEFORE LOAN DISBURSEMENT. All customer support—from loan application to the completion of disbursement—is completely free of charge. Any request for application fees or disbursement fees is fraudulent.

• To avoid phishing and impersonation, do not access links or websites with unfamiliar domain names that do not match the official JACCS Vietnam website (www.jaccs.com.vn).

• JACCS only receives loan requests from customers through official sales channels; therefore, please be cautious when receiving contact from social media channels not managed by JIVF.
