ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT CHANGING CODE OF PHONE NUMBER FROM 11 DIGIT-CODE TO 10 DIGIT-CODE

To: Customers

– Pursuant to the Ministry of Information and Communications’s Decision No. 798/QĐ-BTTTT dated May 25th 2018 on planning to change code of mobile phone number;
– Pursuant to the SBV’s Official Letter No. 5745/NHNN- TT dated July 20th 2018 on changing code of mobile phone number from 11 digit-code to 10 digit-code,

JIVF would like to inform all customers who have loan amount at JIVF about the changing code of phone number as follows:

1/ From 00h00’- Oct, 17th 2018 to Nov, 14th 2018, JIVF will auto change the code of customers phone number from 11 digit-code to 10 digit-code in JIVF system.
2/ The changing will be comply with the plan of telecommunications enterprises, the details as belows:

(Example: MobiFone Network, the old phone number: 0120.123.4567 will be changed by 070.123.4567)

3/ The customers have to contact to JIVF for updating the phone number after receive the message from telecommunications enterprises follow the current regulations. However, JIVF will auto change the code of phone number for more customer’s convenience until Nov, 14th 2018.
4/ After Nov, 14th 2018, if the customers who still have the loan amount at JIVF do not receive any message related to remind monthly payment, please contact to (028) 7108 6999 for supporting to re-check/ update the phone number in JIVF system.
