Announcement about Closing Loan Counter in 15th Floor, Centec Tower

JACCS International Vietnam Finance Company Limited (JIVF) would like to express our sincere thanks to all customers for your trust and using JIVF’s services. In order to implement the orientation of promoting non-cash payment of the State Bank of Vietnam, JIVF would like to inform as follows:

1. The Service Counter at JIVF’s Head office – 15th Floor of Centec Tower, 72 – 74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai St., Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City will officially stop our services from July 1st, 2020.

2. All payment transactions will be provided via electronic payment channel Payoo or Post Office. Please note that the payments are only made via channels specified by JIVF, do not make monthly or last term payment through JIVF’s Sales Consultants at the Service Introduction Points. JIVF is not responsible for any cases of payment which are not in accordance with the payment channel specified by JIVF and lead to loss of money or bad debt.

3. In addition, other services related to the Certificate of vehicle registration or JIVF’s Confirmation letters to customers will be delivered to JIVF’s Service Introduction Points nationwide.
