ANOUNCEMENT STOPPING THE COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL MRC

In order to enhance our service quality and provide maximum convenience during your experience with us, JACCS International Vietnam Finance Company Limited (JIVF) would like to respectfully inform you of the following:

Starting from April 10, 2025, JIVF will cease collecting original vehicle registrations (MRCs) from customers who have previously taken out installment loans for motorcycle purchases through JIVF.

Details of the Change:

• Scope of application: Nationwide

• Applicable customers: Customers who signed installment loan contracts for motorcycle purchases with JIVF on or before April 10, 2025

• For more information, please refer to the following channels:
