“CASH BACK PROMOTION FOR JACCS CREDIT CARD”

1. The Promotion of “Cash back Promotion for JACCS Credit Card” is applicable to credit card which are issued by JACCS INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM FINANCE CO., LTD (JACCS) from 01st May 2021 to 31st July 2021 for the customers who have auto loan and power motorbike loan at JACCS. Cards which are renewed, re-issued or replaced due to loss, damage or for any other reasons, are not eligible for this Promotion.

2. Promotion period: from 01^st May 2021 to 31^st July 2021.

3. Promotion detail: the first 250 cardholders will be cashed back VND 200,000 (two hundred thousand dong) credited to the card if they meet the following conditions:

– Issuing credit card from 01^st May 2021 to 31^st July 2021.

– Using card from 01^st May 2021 to 31^st July 2021 and achieve total sale volume with the amount from VND 5,000,000 (five million dong).

4. Eligible Transaction Conditions for cas8ih back:

  Eligible Transaction for cash back are following transactions:

– Transaction for goods and services for personal consumption purposes via internet and POS at merchant or withdraw money at ATM, not including activation transaction, transfer, gambling, other transactions that related to fee/interest.

– Eligible transactions will be determined based on the transaction information as recorded by JACCS’s system.

– Any disputed, cancelled and/or reversed transaction amount will be deducted from the total amount of eligible transactions.

5. Cash back condition:

– JACCS will credit the cash back amount directly to the card account on 15^th August 2021.

– The promotion may finish before 31^st July 2021 if the number of eligible cardholders reach 250 customers.

– If there are many customers are eligible for the condition, JACCS will consider the next priorities such as transaction date, total sales volume, card issuance date, card activation date.

– JACCS will cancel the cash back amount without prior notice to the cardholder in the following circumstances:

• JACCS suspects or has evidence to determine that the transactions are not made by cardholders;

• Cardholders have acts of cash advances in the form of payment transactions at the merchant;

• Disputes and complaints occur between the cardholder and the merchant;

• There are mistake, error in cash back (or calculation of the cash back amount) of JACCS for the cardholder;

• Other cases stipulated by JACCS in each period;

– Customers must bear all expenses incurred (if any) related to the cash back.

– JACCS has full right to decide the result of cash back for this program. In the event of a dispute related to the cash back result, JACCS is responsible for directly resolving it, otherwise the dispute will be settled in accordance with the law.

– These Terms & Conditions are made in both English and Vietnamese. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
