I received a message from JACCS saying my contract has balance. How can I get this money back?

– You can refer to the Notice of Residual Refund in the News section
– You can contact Zalo JACCS VIETNAM or call Hotline (028) 7108 6999 for support.

Why do I have to buy car body insurance every year (for loan products that are cars and trucks) ?

– Buy car body material insurance to minimize risks arising for your vehicle during use. This has also been mentioned in the terms of the mortgage contract that you signed.

Do I have to pay a fee when applying for a loan?

– Receiving your loan application is completely free, even if you are approved for a loan or denied.

How can I request a loan confirmation letter?

In order to protect customers’ personal data, please follow the instructions below to request a Loan Confirmation Letter:

1. Complete the Personal Data Request Form with full and accurate information(Download here)

2. Submit the completed form to JIVF through one of the following channels:

a. Send to Zalo JACCS VIETNAM

b. Send email to: cskh@jaccs.com.vn

c. Send a letter to Customer Service Division – JACCS International Vietnam Finance Company Limited.
