Dear JIVF’s Valued Customers,

JACCS International Vietnam Finance Company Limited (“JIVF”) would like to inform you that JIVF applies General Terms and Conditions on Customers’ Personal Data Processing (“Terms and Conditions”) under Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP dated April 17, 2023 of the Government on the protection of personal data.

During the signing and performance of the Contract between JIVF and the Customer, JIVF may collect and process your personal data. JIVF commits and ensures the safe protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese laws, and regulations of the State Bank. General terms and conditions of personal data processing are an integral part of the Contracts, agreements, terms and conditions of transactions between JIVF and the Customer.

General Terms and Conditions relating to the collection and processing of personal data shall include but not limited to (a) Regulations on the Collection of your personal data; (b) The purpose of processing your personal data; (c) Measures to protect personal data and (d) Contact information for processing your personal data in case processing is required for contract performance and/or in urgent cases

These General Terms and Conditions may be amended and supplemented from time to time depending on the current legal regulations and system operation requirements of JIVF. However, any amendments will be updated on the JIVF homepage www.jaccs.com.vn and/or other means of communication as JIVF deems appropriate.
