TERMS & CONDITIONS “VIETNAM CARD DAY+ NATIONAL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DAY 2023-CASH BACK PROMOTION FOR JIVF CREDIT CARD”

1. The Promotion of National digital transformation day is applicable to all credit cardholders issued by JACCS INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM FINANCE CO., LTD (JIVF).

2. Promotion period: from 10/10/2023 to 31/10/2023.

3. Promotion detail: Cardholders will be cashed back 10% (maximum VND 100,000) credited to the card.

4. Eligible Transaction Conditions for cash back:

Eligible Transactions for cash back are following transactions:

– Having card retail/shopping transaction from 10/10/2023 to 31/10/2023.

– Using card with total sale volume of from VND 500,000 (five hundred thousand dong).

– Transactions for goods and services for personal consumption purposes via internet and POS at merchant, not including withdraw cash at ATM, transfer, gambling, other transactions that related to fee/interest.

– Eligible transactions will be determined based on the transaction information as recorded by JIVF’s system.

5. Cash back condition:

– JIVF will credit the cash back amount directly to the card account on 01th Nov 2023.

– The promotion may finish early if the promotion budget runs out.

– If there are many customers eligible for the condition, JIVF will consider the next priorities such as transaction time, total sales volume,…

– JIVF will cancel the cash back amount without prior notice to the cardholder in the following circumstances:

• JIVF suspects or has evidence to determine that the transactions are not made by cardholders;

• Cardholders have acts of cash advances in the form of payment transactions at the merchant;

• Disputes and complaints occur between the cardholder and the merchant;

• There are mistake, error in cash back (or calculation of the cash back amount) of JIVF for the cardholder;

• Other cases stipulated by JIVF in each period;

• Any disputed, cancelled and/or reversed transaction amount will be deducted from the total amount of eligible transactions.

– Customers must bear all expenses incurred (if any) related to the cash back.

– JIVF has full right to decide the result of cash back for this program. In the event of a dispute related to the cash back result, JIVF is responsible for directly resolving it, otherwise the dispute will be settled in accordance with the law.

– These Terms & Conditions are made in both English and Vietnamese. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
