JACCS INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM FINANCE CO.,LTD (“JIVF”) would like to notify for repossession from the loan asset as below:

2/ Legal basis for the repossession:
Customer violates the debt repayment obligation under the credit contract signed with JIVF, therefore JIVF exercies the right to seize and handle the collateral to recover the debt in accordance with the Resolution No. 24/2017/QH14 on 21/06/2017 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam regarding the handling of bad debts of Credit Institutions.
3/ Period of repossession:
After 5 working days since the anounncement.
4/ Location of repossession:
At the place of having collateral.
5/ Notice of repossession has also been sent to the borrower’s registered address, and it has also been sent to the local government in accordance with current law provisions.
