JIVF Responds to Vietnam Digital Transformation Day 2026: Milestones on the Digital Payment Journey
28/10/2026 11:28:14In response to Vietnam Digital Transformation Day 2026, JIVF looks back on key milestones in the application of technology to consumer finance operations.
Over the years, JIVF has gradually developed digital platforms and transaction channels, helping customers access services more conveniently, optimizing processing procedures, and enhancing transaction security.

Digitizing the Loan Application Process
Since September 2024, JIVF has deployed the JLOS loan origination system on its mobile application. The system supports electronic customer identification, loan applications, and electronic signing of credit agreements.
Through JLOS, customers can complete multiple steps of the loan application process in a digital environment, following the provided instructions. The solution helps reduce paperwork, optimize processing time, and improve convenience throughout the application process.
In addition to the JLOS application, JIVF also receives loan inquiries through its website. The development of digital channels helps expand customers’ access to financial services in rural, remote, border, and island areas.
Expanding Payment Channels

JIVF has deployed an API Gateway system connected to collection partners and payment channels, including VNPost, MoMo, ZaloPay, and Payoo. This gives customers more options for making electronic payments in accordance with the provided instructions.
Connecting with multiple collection channels enables customers to be more proactive in making payments, reduces the need to travel, and saves time.
JIVF also maintains online support channels, including the JACCS mobile application, website, Facebook fan page, and Zalo Official Account. These channels help customers access information, submit questions, and receive support more conveniently.
JIVF does not provide services for opening or using payment accounts or e-wallets. JIVF’s digital channels focus on receiving loan inquiries, providing information, supporting customers, and facilitating transactions related to the Company’s financial products.
Strengthening Information Security
Since February 2023, JIVF has deployed the FPT.IDCheck solution, connected to the Citizen Information Authentication Service using chip-based identity cards provided by the RAR Center.
The solution supports the comparison and authentication of customer information during electronic identification and loan application processes, thereby helping improve accuracy and security in customer service.
JIVF has also gradually migrated certain systems to cloud computing infrastructure, including Oracle Cloud, FPT SmartCloud, and CMC Cloud. This contributes to greater operational flexibility and supports system scalability.
In response to Vietnam Digital Payment Day 2026, JIVF will continue developing technology with the aim of delivering more convenient, secure, and accessible financial services to customers nationwide.
